Q. Do we pay a placement fee?
A. No, you are not required to pay a placement fee.
Q. Do you offer short and long term non-medical home care services?
A. We offer hourly and live-in caregivers.
Q. Do you run criminal background checks and reference checks?
A. YES.
Q. Does your agency make supervisory visits?
A. YES. We also call our caregivers often to receive updates.
Q. Who is responsible for paying the caregiver's taxes?
A. WE ARE. We take out their taxes & we pay the employment taxes for them.
Q. Do your caregivers speak English?
A. Yes. Our caregivers, speak, read, and write in English.
Q. Do you provide coverage on caregiver's day off?
A. Yes, we do.
Q. Do we provide room & board accommodations for the caregivers?
A. Hourly-NO; Live-in-YES.
Q. Do you have a regular nurse in your office for caregivers to call in case of any medical concerns?

Q. Will we get an opportunity to meet the caregiver before service starts?
